Michigan
Golf Live (mgl) - the state's leading golf radio program - heads
to Michigan's Upper Peninsula for a live broadcast from Wild Bluff
Golf Course in Brimley, Saturday morning from 8:00-10:00 a.m. The
course hosts the Canadian Tour's Bay Mills Open, coming Aug. 22-28.
Along with a preview of the Bay Mills Open and live updates from
the season's final major -- The PGA Championship at Baltrusol --
MGL will air an exclusive interview with a former beverage cart
operator from one of northern Michigan's best known golf resorts.
Following a barrage of improper advances by golfers, as well as
financial propositions offered in exchange for sexual favors, she
is now waiting tables at a nearby restaurant. On Saturday's show,
our guests will offer insight for the acceptable parameters of interaction
between golfers and staff members, and the legal implications that
await those crossing the line.
Great prizes will also be up for grabs during the weekly BD’s
Mongolian BBQ Trivia Challenge.
MGL radio is carried on 11 stations,
covering every major metropolitan market in the state. The show
airs from 8-10 a.m. every Saturday for 26 weeks - April through
September - and is on location every week from fablulous destinations
across the state and around the nation. Click
here to listen to the program live on your computer.
MGL-TV takes an inside look at the HAWK
HOLLOW GOLF PROPERTIES near East Lansing. The spectacular 54
holes at Eagle Eye, Hawk Hollow, and the Falcon make this destination
one of the state’s finest. Add in the palatial clubhouses
and conference hosting capabilities, and it’s easy to see
why the PGA Michigan Chapter recently relocated their headquarters
at Eagle Eye.
MGL-TV is carried four times per week across the state on Comcast
Local Sports -- Saturdays at 11 a.m.; Sundays at 10 a.m.; Mondays
at 1:30 p.m.; and Thursdays at 7:30 a.m. and can also be viewed
online on the MGL-TV page.
Hosted by Hobson,
Jon Bloom, and Todd Arner, Michigan Golf Live
is a production of Hobson
Media Enterprises, and is presented by the 2005
Buick Open and King
Par Golf.
