Golf Live (mgl) - the state's leading golf radio program -- broadcasts
from one of the state’s most unique destinations this Saturday
morning from 8:00—10:00. Live from Grand
Hotel on Mackinac Island, MGL will introduce its statewide audience
to “America’s Summer Place.”
Along with hotel history and a virtual tour of the fantastic Jewel/Woods
courses at Grand Hotel, listeners will also enjoy a conversation
with Champions Tour President Rick George. Mr. George will assess
the health of the Champions Tour as well as the Ford Senior Players
Championship currently being contested in Dearborn.
Listeners will
also enjoy Golfweek Magazine’s Jon Steinbreder as he shares
the newly published “Golden Rules” for golf etiquette,
and tickets to the 2005 Buick Open will be up for grabs during the
weekly BD’s Mongolian BBQ Trivia Challenge.
MGL radio is carried on 11 stations,
covering every major metropolitan market in the state. The show
airs from 8-10 a.m. every Saturday for 26 weeks - April through
September - and is on location every week from fablulous destinations

week, MGL-TV features a mid-Michigan gem -- Buck's
Run Golf Club in Mt. Pleasant. Join Bill Hobson for MGL-TV’s
30-minute overview of this outstanding destination.
MGL-TV is carried four times per week across the state on Comcast
Local Sports -- Saturdays at 11 a.m.; Sundays at 10 a.m.; Mondays
at 1:30 p.m.; and Thursdays at 7:30 a.m. and can also be viewed
online on the MGL-TV page.
