Golf Live (mgl) - the state's leading golf radio program -- will
examine the health of the game in our state during the live broadcast
from Lyon
Oaks Golf Course in Wixom this Saturday morning (April 23) from
8-10 a.m.
"The state has been seeing an increase in course closings,
considerable financial difficulties at leading resorts, and other
indications that the construction explosion of the 80s and 90s went
quite a ways overboard," says MGL Executive Producer Bill
Hobson. "All of those factors have combined to
begin reshaping the golf landscape, and in many cases it's the golfers
in our audience who stand to benefit because it's truly a 'buyer's
market' right now."The
program will feature:

addition, MGL will welcome PGA Tour player Arron
Oberholser back to the program. Currently enjoying his finest
season on Tour, the outspoken Oberholser has been a frequent MGL
