One the great positives about the game of golf is its unique positioning to raise funds for organizations that are in need of support. Whether it's a traditional golf scramble, 100-hole golf marathon, or something in between, amateur and professional golf impact charity more than any other sport.
MGL
has been blessed to not just survive, but to thrive and grow over the last
decade. One of the ways we like to show appreciation is to help support
charitable events as best we can. In some cases we can come and play, provide
prizes, or perhaps even broadcast from the event.
In many more cases our assistance is limited to helping spread the word about the special events. Below, you will find a listing of the key organizations we currently support. If you have a charitable golf event to add to the listings, please let us know by sending in the key information!

MGL Key Charities
There are certainly many great causes that need your help. At
MGL, we've chosen a small group of
outstanding, trustworthy charities in hopes of making a lasting impact. While we
are more than happy to help spread the word about special events and needs for
numerous causes, here are organizations we work with directly to help raise
funds:
- Hiawatha Youth Camp - A faith-based camp for teens located in the Upper Peninsula
- Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan - serving the homeless and hurting of mid-Michigan for over 100 years
- Crossroads Farm - serving teens in the Hillsdale County area
- Evans Caddy Scholarships - providing college scholarships for deserving students
